Good news? Bad news?

Hey Lovelies
Peeps in the health field get in here. So a new research has just confirmed that we might need to go back to school and relearn the human body.

My face while reading this

Remember when I talked about a new discovery in the knee like three years ago? Well, that was quite small considering it was just a ligament in the knee.

This new research shows that the brain is like every other tissue connected to the peripheral immune system through meningeal lymphatic vessels. What this implies is that every neurological disease with an immune component can be analysed via these vessels. The researchers at Virginia University determined via this study that the immune system also regulates social behaviour. This implies that immune system problems contribute to an inability to have normal social interactions.
Check it here. This is great news actually. The best part is knowing that there is progress and of course, it justifies the need for all the funding allocated for research purposes.

I like how the title here says that our textbooks will need to be rewritten.
Obviously that’s the only bad news about this. Don’t mind me, I can be a tad dramatic 🙂

Anyways, now you know that you will need to thrash your old books soonest.
