NYSC VIDEO DIARIES: Take a ride with me

Driving in Abeokuta is not easy breezy. With a lot of reckless motorists and so many reported cases of Road Traffic Accidents at the hospital where I worked to confirm every doubt, being extra careful was more than a watchword.

I initially struggled with sharing the road with a lot of reckless commercial drivers and motorcyclists.

I do not understand why motorcyclists are allowed on the major roads in Abeokuta. I have lived in two cities in Nigeria prior to my quick sojourn in Abeokuta and that was something I didn’t need to deal with. I got used to it eventually, but before I did, the struggle was so real and it was well captured in today’s video diary.
